This Privacy Policy explains how uNIKAtna digital fitness d.o.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the uNIKAtna Fitness mobile application (“App”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Croatian law.

II. COMMENCEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

Personal data is collected beginning with the first public production release of the App, when users create an account or use features requiring authentication.

  • Name, where provided through a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Apple)

Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing on Android devices and Apple In-App Purchase services on iOS devices.

We do not collect, store, or process your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled directly by the respective platform provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

We receive only the information necessary to verify purchases and manage your subscription or purchase entitlement.

IV. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide access to fitness content and subscriptions
  • To deliver prenatal and postnatal training services
  • To communicate with you regarding your account or support requests
  • To improve App functionality and user experience

  • Performance of a contract (providing App services)

Some third-party service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with GDPR.
